piston pumps
Axial piston pumps feature a swashplate design for variable displacement. The main housing is constructed from heat-treated C45 alloy steel. These pumps incorporate 7 to 9 cylinders arranged in a circular pattern. Each piston diameter varies between 12 to 25 millimeters. The piston stroke can be adjusted up to 30 millimeters. Maximum continuous operating pressure reaches 350 bar. Input shaft rotation speed ranges from 1000 to 3600 RPM. Volumetric displacement per revolution is selectable from 10 to 150 cubic centimeters. Volumetric efficiency under nominal conditions exceeds 95%.
Pistons are made from hardened steel with a chrome plating coating. The swashplate operates with a tilt angle from 0 to 21 degrees. The control system can be hydraulic or electro-hydraulic. System response time is less than 150 milliseconds. Valve plates are made from special ceramic with 1500 Vickers hardness. These pumps incorporate an internal oil cooling system. Operational oil temperature is maintained between 40°C to 70°C. Generated noise level at rated pressure remains below 75 decibels. These pumps are suitable for fluids with 10 to 160 centistokes viscosity.
