The Pars Gorji Series F Size 107 Hollow Shaft Overhead Gearbox features a gear ratio range from 5:1 to 60:1 and an output power between 0.37 and 15 kW. The hollow output shaft has an internal diameter of 40 to 80 mm and an installation length of 120 mm, allowing easy mounting on standard industrial shafts. The input speed reaches up to 1500 RPM, with a maximum output torque of 800 Nm. Helical gears with a 20-degree angle reduce friction and increase efficiency up to 95 percent. The gearbox housing is made of durable aluminum and steel alloys, enhancing both radial and axial load capacity.
This gearbox can be installed in six different overhead orientations, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C. Lubrication uses 1.5 liters of synthetic oil, extending gear lifespan.
