Original Pump Bearings for Komatsu 200, 220, and 400 Excavators
The main pump bearings for Komatsu 200, 220, and 400 excavators are made of chromium-molybdenum steel with heat treatment for wear resistance. The inner diameter of the bearings ranges from 35 to 70 millimeters, and the outer diameter ranges from 70 to 120 millimeters. Bearing widths are between 15 and 25 millimeters, capable of withstanding radial loads of 5 to 20 kilonewtons and axial loads of 2 to 8 kilonewtons. The design includes steel balls with internal lubrication and precise grooves to reduce friction and extend service life. They withstand vibrations exceeding 600 Newton-meters and operate at temperatures from -40 to 120 degrees Celsius. Anti-corrosion coating and specialized lubricants extend bearing life to over 10,000 operating hours.
The bearing structure consists of inner and outer rings with pressure tolerance and precision grooves to ensure continuous hydraulic pump operation without vibration or noise. Each bearing weighs between 0.8 and 3.5 kilograms and is installed with standard shafts and heat-resistant washers. The modular design allows replacement of damaged bearings without disassembling the entire pump. High assembly accuracy and material quality increase hydraulic efficiency up to 95 percent and reduce system failures.
