Old and new series air conditioner and heater panels
The old and new series of air conditioning and heater panels are made from ABS plastic, resistant to temperatures up to 120°C, impact, and UV exposure. Panel dimensions vary between 300×200 mm and 450×350 mm depending on the vehicle model, with a body thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm. Air vents are adjustable from 0 to 60 degrees, and the internal channel system is aerodynamically designed to provide uniform airflow, improving heating and cooling efficiency by up to 20%.
Panel connections include vibration-resistant plastic clips and screws, installed with a standard spacing of 150 mm. Surface coating resists heat and humidity, and thermal shock testing from -20°C to 90°C is performed. In new panels, operation is coordinated with electronic temperature sensors and thermostats, ensuring a service life of up to 10 years in industrial and automotive environments.
