Oil Sprayer
An oil sprayer is a mechanical or electric device used for uniform application of oil or lubricants on industrial and agricultural surfaces. Tank capacity typically ranges from 5 to 50 liters, with adjustable spray flow between 0.5 to 5 liters per minute. Operating pressure varies from 1 to 10 bar depending on manual or electric pump type. Nozzles are made of stainless steel or brass, providing cone, fan, or linear spray patterns for uniform coverage. The body is constructed from steel or corrosion-resistant plastic for long service life.
Structurally, the oil sprayer consists of a tank, piston or diaphragm pump, high-pressure hose, nozzle, and control handle. The pump system ensures consistent flow and pressure while preventing backflow. Hoses and connectors are pressure and temperature resistant, and the unit can be easily moved via wheels or handles. The device is suitable for machinery lubrication, production lines, and agricultural equipment, achieving spraying efficiency above 70 percent to reduce oil consumption.
