Oil Free Equipments
The oil-free air compressor is a screw type with a Teflon coating on the rotors. This design completely eliminates the need for lubricants in the compression chamber. The output air purity meets ISO 8573-1 Class 0 standard. This standard rejects the presence of any oil particles. Flow capacity reaches up to 5000 liters per minute at a working pressure of 13 bar. Output pressure control accuracy of ±0.1 bar is provided by a digital inverter. Aluminum alloy rotors with PTFE coating limit wear to under 5 microns per 10,000 hours.
A two-stage cooling system includes an air-cooled heat exchanger and a water aftercooler. This system brings the outlet air temperature to a maximum of 10°C above ambient. An IE4 efficiency motor with Class F insulation enables continuous operation. Operational noise level at 7 meters distance is below 70 dB. All air-wetted components are made of 316 stainless steel or food-grade polymers. This construction is essential for pharmaceutical and food industries. Performance is monitored via real-time pressure, temperature, and air purity sensors.
