Motovario Italy direct shaft gearbox
The Motovario direct shaft gearbox from Italy features a fully modular design and high-precision helical gears, engineered for continuous and heavy-duty industrial applications. This gearbox is capable of transmitting torque up to 3000 Newton-meters and is available in various gear ratios ranging from 5 to 100. The housing is made of G25 cast iron, offering high resistance to vibration and corrosion, while the gears are made from surface-hardened alloy steel with precise heat treatment. The lubrication system can be either oil bath or forced lubrication, using industrial oil ISO VG 150 or 220. Under standard conditions, the mechanical efficiency of this gearbox can reach up to 94 percent.
