The Megadyne P110 flat power transmission belt is manufactured with reinforced multilayer construction and an industrial polyurethane coating, featuring an overall thickness of 2.0 to 3.5 mm. It provides a tensile modulus of 180 to 220 N per mm and is capable of transmitting continuous power up to 15 kW at speeds ranging from 2000 to 20000 RPM. Its friction surface offers a coefficient of 0.40 to 0.50, ensuring stable performance under medium to heavy torque conditions.
A key feature of the Megadyne P110 flat power transmission belt is its ability to withstand static loads up to 3000 N and operate within a temperature range of -30 to +100 °C. This belt is applied in heavy-duty packaging machines, printing equipment, and automated assembly lines. With a minimum bending radius of 80 mm and high fatigue resistance, it extends service life and reduces unexpected downtime in production processes.
