What is a round cargo belt?
Round cargo carrying belts are made of first grade polyester material, and silk fibers are used in the core of the belt. Thanks to its high resistance, high flexibility and proper elongation when subjected to tensile force, polyester is a very suitable polymer material for making load carrying belts. In this type of belts, unlike flat belts inside the brain, the belt itself uses silk fibers to significantly increase the final strength. These types of belts do not have two eye ends like flat belts, and due to the circular sewing, they do not have free ends.

Galvanized load chain is plated with a thin coating of Zn metal, which is also called zinc in Farsi. Of course, the process of electroplating steel chains is carried out in two ways: cold galvanizing less thickness and resistance and hot galvanizing more thickness and resistance. The cold galvanized load chain can be seen in silver color and the hot galvanized sample can be seen in matte silver color.
The difference between cold and hot galvanized plating in the surface strengthening of the load chain is in the plating method and temperature.

High carbon G80 lifting chain

High carbon G80 lifting chains are very common lifting tools that are used very often as chain sling with electric and manual hoists, winches and lever hoists. high tensile strength of these G80 lifting chains provide the means to be exposed to high forces however has limited the ductility of these grades of chain. as opposed to G43 chains that have considerably lower tensile strength, G80 can handle much higher loads without deforming and elongation. in order to increase environmental resistance of these chains they usually undergo surface galvanizing process.

G80 chain actually specifies a grade of steel with a medium percentage of carbon, which is produced with the G80 grade. Dry chains have high tensile strength and good wear resistance and are used in lifting loads. g80 chains are produced in inch and millimeter sizes by hot forging method and are used in the production of chain slings. The general applications of galvanized dry chains can be mentioned on overhead cranes and in lever block connections and chain winches. The dry chain is packed as a barrel and is also used as six meters with a crooked hook.
