leveling valve
The trailer balance valve is a full-steel automatic diaphragm type. It is designed for tanks with a nominal working pressure of 10 to 25 bar. Its allowable operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +120°C. The main body is carbon steel with electrostatic epoxy coating. The key diaphragm is made from ozone and oil-resistant EPDM elastomer. The valve activates in both vacuum 0.5 bar and overpressure 0.2 bar modes. This wide activation range prevents tank deformation. Its equalization flow rate reaches 3000 L/min at a 0.1 bar pressure difference.
The standard connection diameter is 2 or 3 inches with NPT or DIN threads. A 316 stainless steel 20-mesh filter screen is integrated at the inlet. This screen prevents particles larger than 800 microns from entering. The valve features a safety guard to prevent vent path blockage. All gaskets are made from Viton for high chemical resistance. The valve undergoes hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times its nominal pressure. Installation torque is controlled according to EN 14595 standard. This valve is essential for trailers carrying chemical, food, and fuel tanks. The service life of its central diaphragm exceeds 100,000 operating cycles.

leveling valve
Hydronic balancing valves are constructed from brass alloy CUZn39Pb3 or ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7. These valves withstand a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and operational temperatures from -10 to 120 degrees Celsius. The integrated flow meter offers a measurement accuracy of ±5% of the read value. Their adjustment screw typically allows 4 to 6 full turns with an internal locking mechanism. This design enables precise flow balancing from 0.2 to 10 cubic meters per hour. The valve features two pressure gauge ports for measuring differential pressure from 0.1 to 1 bar.
The valve structure incorporates a conical disc or needle valve mechanism with PTFE seals. Its designed pressure drop in the fully open position is below 3 kPa. Advanced valves feature analog or digital displays with a calibration precision of 0.005 m³/h. They offer BMS integration capability via a 0-10 Volt output. Sealing materials use EPDM or Viton for compatibility with various media. The mechanical lifespan of the connections exceeds 50,000 full adjustment cycles. These specifications stabilize fluid flow with less than 2% deviation.
