Landis Siemens photocell model QRB3
The Landis & Staefa Siemens photocell model QRB3 is an infrared optical sensor used for flame detection in gas or oil burners. It operates reliably with a 220V AC power supply and within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius. The QRB3 model comes with a standard 1.8-meter cable and works with an infrared light detection filter in the 1000 to 1100 nanometer wavelength range. The insulation resistance of the device exceeds 100 megaohms at a test voltage of 500V DC. The sensor can be mounted using either threaded or suitable holder installations.
The QRB3 sensor features an open collector output and is compatible with Siemens flame control units. Its response time is less than 1 millisecond, and it offers a service life of over 100,000 hours of continuous operation. The QRB3 is mechanically resistant to vibration and dust ingress. Its housing is made from materials resistant to heat and UV radiation. This model is designed and manufactured in compliance with EN298 and CE standards.
