Komatsu air conditioning compressor
The Komatsu air conditioning compressor is made from aluminum alloy and corrosion-resistant steel, ensuring stable operation in ambient temperatures from -20°C to 120°C and working pressure up to 25 bar. The compressor displacement ranges from 150 to 300 cm³ per revolution, with a permissible operating speed of 800 to 2500 rpm. The impeller is a multi-channel vane type, with axial and radial shaft load capacity calculated up to 3 kN.
Input and output connections are equipped with class 150 flanges and 30-bar safety valves. Internal lubrication uses VG 46 compressor oil, and the body is coated with 200-micron epoxy to enhance corrosion and industrial moisture resistance. Performance testing, including pressure, flow, and temperature measurements, is conducted for up to 1000 hours to ensure a service life exceeding 8 years.
