KSB UPA 200 and its enhanced version UPA S 200
The KSB UPA 200 and its enhanced version UPA S 200 are multistage vertical submersible centrifugal pumps engineered for medium to deep well water extraction and high pressure water supply systems. Their body, shaft, and impellers are constructed from AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion, impact, and abrasion. Both models feature a 200 mm discharge diameter and, depending on the number of stages, can deliver flow rates up to 500 m³/h with a maximum head of 380 meters. Water lubricated bearings and a multilayer mechanical seal provide secure sealing and low wear under demanding operating conditions. The mixed radial axial hydraulic design increases efficiency and minimizes pressure losses.
The UPA S 200 is an upgraded variant with optimized internal hydraulics for improved efficiency and longer service life, suitable for high pressure pipelines and corrosive water applications. These pumps can be coupled with submersible motors ranging from 15 to 200 kW, and the IP68 protection class ensures continuous underwater operation.
