KSB INVCP submersible pump
The KSB INVCP submersible pump is a multistage vertical centrifugal unit designed for deep and semi-deep well applications in industrial, municipal, and agricultural water supply systems. Its body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with optional AISI 316 components for enhanced corrosion resistance. The discharge diameter varies from 100 to 200 mm depending on the configuration, delivering flow rates up to approximately 300 m³/h. The pump achieves heads up to 280 meters, while water lubricated bearings ensure low vibration and extended operational life. A high resistance mechanical seal prevents leakage under demanding high pressure conditions.
The INVCP is compatible with IP68 submersible motors ranging from 7.5 to 90 kW. Its radial flow hydraulic design provides high efficiency and reduced energy consumption. This model is suitable for municipal water wells, industrial water distribution, booster stations, and large scale irrigation systems. A dynamically balanced shaft minimizes cavitation and improves overall stability. The modular construction simplifies maintenance, while the anti corrosion external coating enhances durability in harsh and humid environments.
