industrial hydraulic pump
The industrial hydraulic pump is designed to generate stable flow and precise pressure in power transmission, injection, and control systems. It is an axial piston type with a swash plate design and variable displacement control system. The displacement per revolution ranges from 25 to 160 cubic centimeters, and continuous working pressure reaches up to 320 bar. The housing is made of ductile cast iron GGG40 with a compressive strength of 350 MPa, and the internal cylinder surface is coated with 25-micron hard chrome. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +110°C, and overall efficiency exceeds 93 percent.
Industrial hydraulic pumps feature a 42CrMo4 alloy steel drive shaft with hardened surface treatment and roller bearings supporting up to 40 kN radial load. The sealing system includes FKM O-rings resistant to hydraulic oils and pressures up to 400 bar. The optimized internal flow path minimizes pressure drops and vibration. These pumps are used in industrial machinery, hydraulic presses, and plastic injection systems with a service life exceeding 12,000 hours.
