Impact Free Motorized Roller for Auto Automation Applications
The Bamotor Hatas company impact free roller for auto applications features a three phase electric motor rated at 5.5 kW with efficiency above 92 percent. The nominal roller speed is 1450 rpm and is controlled by an industrial inverter with ±1 percent accuracy. The roller diameter is 180 mm with an effective working length of 320 mm. The housing is manufactured from ST52 alloy steel with a yield strength of 355 MPa. Bearings are self aligning P5 class with a design life exceeding 30,000 hours. Power transmission uses direct coupling without backlash, and operating noise remains below 70 dB.
This impact free roller is engineered for automated auto production lines under uniform load conditions. The shock elimination system uses a viscoelastic damper with a damping ratio of 0.35. Shaft concentricity tolerance is maintained below 0.02 mm. The roller surface is coated with industrial polyurethane at 85 Shore A hardness. Maximum allowable radial load is 2.8 kN, and operating temperature ranges from -10 to 60 degrees Celsius. Electrical protection is IP55 with insulation class F. Energy consumption at nominal load is measured at 4.9 kWh.
