Hydraulic jack
Hydraulic cylinders are constructed from seamless carbon steel tubes with 350 MPa yield strength. Piston rod diameters range from 20 to 300 mm, hard chrome plated to 25 microns. Cylinder wall thickness varies from 10 to 40 mm, designed for working pressures up to 250 bar. Their mechanical efficiency typically exceeds 95% under rated conditions. Standard stroke lengths from 100 mm to 3 meters offer positioning accuracy of ±0.5 mm. The sealing system includes three polyurethane rings and one anti-wear steel wiper. Rod speed under rated load is adjustable between 5 to 200 millimeters per second.
The cylinder structure features self-lubricating bronze bearings with a 0.02 friction coefficient on the rod gland. External linear guides achieve axial movement precision of 0.1 mm per meter. Hydraulic ports conform to ISO 6149 with over 2 million cycle fatigue resistance. Cylinders integrate magnetostrictive position sensors with 0.001 mm resolution. The cylinder bore is diamond honed to a 0.1 micron surface roughness. Hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times working pressure is conducted for 5 minutes. The piston rods anti-fatigue design enables over 10 million full cycle operations.
