The 2.5-liter bladder accumulator Hydac Original Germany has a nominal volume of 2.5 liters and a working pressure of up to 330 bar, with a hydrostatic test pressure of about 470 bar 1.43 times the working pressure. The initial nitrogen pre-charge pressure is typically set between 90 and 150 bar to ensure optimal energy storage and shock absorption. This accumulator is manufactured in compliance with international CE and PED standards.
The accumulator body is made of high-strength alloy steel and coated with phosphate or epoxy paint to resist corrosion in harsh environments. The internal bladder is made of NBR or Butyl elastomers, with an operating temperature range of -20 to +80 °C. For special applications, FKM bladders are available, allowing operation up to +120 °C. These material options ensure both durability and compatibility with different hydraulic fluids.
