Hepco 50 cm Roller
The Hepco 50 cm roller is a manual compaction device with a simple mechanical design and stable performance for light construction projects. The effective drum width is 500 millimeters and the diameter ranges from 320 to 350 millimeters. The operating weight without filling is approximately 85 to 100 kilograms. By filling the drum with water or sand, the weight increases to about 120 to 140 kilograms. The drum is made of rolled alloy steel with high wear resistance. The frame is manufactured from reinforced steel profiles using uniform industrial welding. This structure ensures mechanical stability and long service life.
From an operational perspective, the Hepco 50 cm roller is suitable for compacting thin asphalt layers, granular soils, and sidewalk subgrades. The applied linear pressure depends on operating weight and drum diameter. The bearing system uses simple steel bushings or durable ball bearings. The guide handle is made of bent steel tubing with an anti slip coating. The handle to frame connection is reinforced with bolts. This design provides better control and uniform compaction.
