HEPCO TD25E bulldozer exhaust
The HEPCO TD25E bulldozer exhaust is engineered to efficiently channel engine gases while reducing noise and vibration in heavy-duty work environments. The exhaust body is constructed from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Mo composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 720°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2.5 to 3 mm, coated with high-temperature corrosion-resistant silicone paint. The total exhaust length is approximately 950 mm, with an outlet diameter of 115 mm. Its multi-stage internal expansion chamber reduces back pressure and improves exhaust flow efficiency.
The TD25E exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 15 mm compressed rock wool insulation that minimizes heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 10 mm thick steel flange with a high-temperature graphite gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 170 Hz and corrosion endurance tested for 1200 hours in salt spray conditions. The total system weight is about 11 kg, designed for direct installation on the engine manifold. This design ensures extended durability, reduced emissions, and stable performance under demanding working conditions.
