The PAWO F7 elevator wire rope is a specialized rope for lift and elevator systems, offering high load capacity and optimal flexibility. Rope diameters range from 6 to 16 mm, composed of 7 main strands F7 with either steel or polyamide core. Tensile strength ranges from 1 to 15 tons depending on diameter and core type. The F7 design increases flexibility, reduces pulley wear, and ensures smooth elevator operation. The rope surface is galvanized or stainless steel coated for corrosion, moisture, and wear resistance, ensuring long service life.
Structurally, the PAWO F7 wire rope consists of 7 steel strands twisted around a central core, each strand containing 19 or 37 fine steel wires with precise lay. The strand and core design ensures uniform force distribution, high fatigue resistance, and smooth movement over elevator pulleys. This rope is optimized for residential and industrial elevators, hydraulic and traction lifts, manufactured according to EN 12385 and ISO 4344 standards to guarantee safety and long-term durability.
