Farab cast iron lift check valve for steam model LCS16
The Farab cast iron lift check valve for steam model LCS16 is designed to prevent reverse flow in steam, hot water, and thermal oil pipelines. Its body is made of grey cast iron GG25 with a nominal pressure rating of PN16, and the disc is stainless steel with a hard-faced seating surface. The seat area is alloy-coated for high resistance to heat and corrosion, ensuring stable performance under elevated temperatures. Flanged ends conform to EN 1092-2 standards, and dimensions follow DIN 3202 specifications. It operates up to 300°C and 16 bar pressure, suitable for industrial steam networks, heat exchangers, and boiler feed lines.
The Farab LCS16 lift check valve features a vertical spring-loaded mechanism that closes automatically to prevent reverse flow during sudden pressure drops. The precision-machined stainless steel disc and high-temperature resistant spring ensure reliable operation. The internal design minimizes pressure loss and provides quick response under fluctuating flow conditions. The bolted bonnet allows easy access for inspection and maintenance. Each valve undergoes hydrostatic and leakage testing according to API 598 standards to ensure safe operation, long service life, and precise sealing under demanding conditions.
