Cable tray bends are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm. The bend structure features a single-piece formed body with internal reinforcements. These reinforcements enhance mechanical strength against shear and torsional forces. Angles are manufactured with a tolerance of ±2 degrees from the nominal angle. The hot-dip galvanized coating, with a minimum thickness of 70 micrometers, prevents corrosion. The support structure consists of a vertical base, a horizontal arm, and a mounting plate. The vertical base is often equipped with standard holes for 50 mm height adjustment. Connections utilize Grade 8.8 steel bolts and nuts with zinc flake coating. Suspension supports employ fully threaded M12 to M20 rods with a tensile strength of 800 N/mm². The installation spacing of supports along the route is set between 1.5 to 4 meters based on engineering calculations. This system possesses seismic resistance capabilities in accordance with IBC standards.
