Electric escalator and walk
Escalators are constructed from a main steel structure using ST37 steel with anti-corrosion epoxy coating and aluminum steps with anti-wear surfaces. The usable step width ranges from 600 to 1000 mm with a standard height of 4.5 meters and adjustable length up to 15 meters. The travel speed varies from 0.5 to 0.75 m/s with a three-phase motor power of 4 to 15 kW. The drive chain is made of alloy steel with nickel-chrome plating and 80 kN tensile strength. The control system includes a PLC with touchscreen display, direction reversal capability, and optical safety sensors. All components are certified per international standards EN 115, ASME A17.1, and ISO 14798.
The escalator structure features 304 stainless steel balustrades with 8 mm thickness and integrated 24V LED lighting. Steps are designed with a standard incline of 30 degrees and maximum vertical rise of 6 meters, equipped with an electromagnetic braking system with 2-second stopping time. The motor incorporates a helical gearbox with 95% efficiency and an automatic lubrication system. Object detection sensors and emergency stop brakes are installed at entry and exit points.
