Electric compressor
An electric compressor converts electrical energy into compressed air and is used in industrial, workshop, and household applications. Air delivery capacity ranges from 50 to 500 liters per minute, with working pressures between 6 and 12 bar. Electric motors typically have 1.5 to 15 kW power and operate at 220–380 V. Compressors can be piston or screw type, with the body made of steel or aluminum and industrial coating for corrosion and impact resistance.
Structurally, the compressor includes an air receiver tank, main pump, electric motor, pressure regulator, safety valve, and control panel. Air or oil cooling systems maintain operating temperature, while vibration dampers and anti-slip bases ensure safe and stable operation. It is suitable for production lines, mechanical workshops, and pneumatic tools, designed for easy installation, simple maintenance, and high energy efficiency.
