drill wagon
A drill wagon consists of a main chassis, hydraulic arm, diesel or electric engine, drilling system, and power transmission equipment, all made from high-strength alloy steel to withstand operational weights up to 12 tons. Drill arm lengths typically range from 4 to 8 meters, with drill diameters between 50 and 200 millimeters. Drill rotation speeds range from 50 to 300 RPM, and hydraulic system pressure reaches up to 250 bar to enable drilling through hard rock.
The hydraulic system includes high-pressure pumps, arm movement cylinders, and drilling angle controls. The diesel engine delivers 100 to 300 horsepower with optimized fuel consumption of 15 to 25 liters per hour. All mechanical and hydraulic components undergo non-destructive testing NDT and dimensional inspection up to 0.1 millimeters to ensure service life exceeding 10,000 hours and continuous operation in mining and construction projects.
