Commercial Roller Gear Pump
The Commercial Roller Gear Pump is made of alloy steel with tempering and nitriding, providing 55–60 HRC surface hardness. Displacement ranges from 20 to 40 cc/rev, with operational pressure up to 180 bar. Roller diameters are 30 mm internal and 48 mm external, with ±0.02 mm tolerance to minimize internal leakage and ensure volumetric efficiency above 90%.
The pump body features optimized channels for lubrication and cooling, maintaining operating temperatures between 65 and 95°C. Bearings are designed for 1,200 N radial load, and the pump weighs approximately 7 kg. Internal oil grooves reduce friction and extend service life up to 4,500 hours. Corrosion- and wear-resistant coatings ensure stable long-term performance.
