Bulk Needle Valve
The Bulk Italy needle valve is made of AISI 316L stainless steel and is designed for a working pressure up to PN 400 approximately 40 megapascals. It features a hard-faced conical seat with a chrome coating for high resistance to wear and corrosion. Its operating temperature range spans from -20°C to 550°C, making it suitable for corrosive fluids, steam, gas, and chemical liquids. The valve body is forged according to EN 1092-1 standards, and its flanged connections comply with ISO 7005. The sealing system uses high-density graphite packing, ensuring reliable performance under high pressure and temperature conditions.
The Bulk needle valve is produced in sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches and is primarily used in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. The stem mechanism is non-rotating with precision threads to prevent wear and leakage. The valve body is passivated to enhance corrosion resistance. The weight varies between 2.5 and 7 kilograms depending on the size. This valve is manufactured according to API 602 and ISO 15848 standards and undergoes full hydrostatic and leakage testing in compliance with API 598.
