The IV bag packaging machine is made of 316L stainless steel with a medical-grade polished finish. It measures 1800 x 900 x 1700 mm and weighs 450 kg. The system is installable and operable within a Class 10000 clean room environment. Packaging speed varies from 20 to 35 bags per minute, depending on solution volume. The filling unit guarantees volumetric accuracy within ±0.5% for volumes of 50 to 1000 ml. A non-contact peristaltic pumping system maintains the sterility of the final product.
All product-contact components are manufactured from USP Class VI materials. The filling head is equipped with a HEPA filter rated at 99.997% efficiency for 0.3-micron particles. A 27.12 MHz induction heat sealer creates sterile seals. Optical control sensors verify liquid presence, fill level, and seal integrity. An integrated CIP/SIP Clean-in-Place / Steam-in-Place system automates sterilization. The machine complies with GMP standards and holds ISO 13485 certification.
