Bauer BG Series Direct Shaft Gearbox
The Bauer BG series direct shaft gearboxes, featuring a helical design, are developed for light to medium industrial applications. These gearboxes are available with input power ranging from 0.03 kW to 75 kW and output torque between 20 Nm and 18,500 Nm. The gear ratio varies from 2.46 to 73.13 in two-stage models and from 12.45 to 259 in three-stage models. The gearbox housing is made of durable cast iron and features an IP65 protection rating according to IEC 529, providing resistance against dust and water splashes. Additionally, these gearboxes offer low-noise operation and high installation flexibility, supporting mounting options such as base, flange, and shaft.
