BANDO industrial belts
The BANDO industrial belt is manufactured from special rubber compounds with thermal resistance up to 85°C and high mechanical strength. These belts are available in flat and toothed types, with thicknesses ranging from 4 to 12 millimeters and widths between 15 to 55 millimeters. The toothed design increases power transmission efficiency up to 95% and supports dynamic loads up to 1800 Newtons. Additionally, their high abrasion resistance makes them ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
The internal reinforcement system of BANDO belts consists of polyester fibers and fiberglass, providing optimal flexibility and tensile strength between 1700 and 3200 Newtons per centimeter of width. These belts offer excellent resistance to oils and chemicals, ensuring a service life exceeding 8 years.
