Araz Sanat B800s 800,000 Steel Boiler Room Hot Water Boiler
Araz Sanat B800s steel hot water boiler has an 800,000 kcal/h thermal capacity. This unit is designed for natural gas with 92% efficiency. The boilers maximum allowable working pressure is 8 bar. The main structure uses high-quality ST52 steel plates. Its three-pass, wet-back design optimizes heat transfer. The heating surface area is approximately 24 square meters. All boiler seams are controlled via ultrasonic testing. This product is manufactured according to EN 12953 Part 6 standard.
The boiler is insulated with rock wool of 150 kg/m³ density. The external cladding is made from 1.0 mm galvanized sheet. Its dual-fuel burner features continuous modulation system. The output water temperature is adjustable up to 110 degrees Celsius. The overall dimensions are approximately 320 by 160 by 160 centimeters. This model suits central heating for large factories. An advanced digital PID control system monitors parameters. This feature ensures operational safety and energy savings.
