7.5 ton toyo hoist
The 7.5-ton four-way two-speed TOYO electric crane features a rail trolley system, enabling smooth horizontal movement along tracks up to 12 meters. Its main motor is rated 11 kW with a 380-volt supply, capable of lifting loads up to 14 meters in height. The dual-speed hoist provides lifting rates of 3.5 and 7 meters per minute, allowing precise or rapid load handling. The 6 mm thick steel structure with anti-corrosion coating offers 450 MPa tensile strength and high resistance to bending and torsion. Under standard working conditions, the expected service life of the motor and wire rope is approximately 10,000 hours, with overall system efficiency measured above 91 percent.
Equipped with remote control with a 20-meter operational range, the crane achieves positioning accuracy of ±2 centimeters. Full-load current consumption reaches 28 amperes, while overload protection up to 110 percent of nominal capacity ensures operator safety. Motor thermal sensors and fast magnetic brakes allow precise load stopping in less than 0.5 seconds. Easy maintenance with direct access to mechanical and electrical components minimizes downtime and reduces repair costs.
