1X7 Stainless steel wire rope
The 1X7 stainless steel wire rope is an industrial wire rope with low flexibility and high tensile strength, designed for pulling, tensioning, and light lifting applications. It is made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316, with tensile strength ranging from 500 to 800 MPa. The 1X7 construction consists of a single core with 7 wires twisted around it, providing high radial strength and limited bending flexibility. Rope diameters typically range from 1 to 16 mm, with polished or oil-coated surfaces to prevent corrosion and rust.
Structurally, the 1X7 stainless steel wire rope is suitable for precise industrial and marine applications and operates reliably in temperatures from −40°C to +250°C. Its low flexibility and high strength make it ideal for direct pulling, load securing, guide cables, and small pulley systems. Rope lengths are customizable from 5 to 200 meters, and uniform strand design ensures abrasion and fatigue resistance.
