Megadyne HTD 5M welded timing belt is a power transmission belt with a standard HTD semi-circular tooth profile and a 5 mm pitch. It is manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane combined with steel or Kevlar cords, providing high tensile strength. Key features include wear resistance, dimensional stability, and temperature endurance within approximately -20 to +80 degrees Celsius. Belt widths typically range from 10 to 100 millimeters and can be custom welded into endless loops.

Due to its high flexibility in assembly and thermal welding capability, this belt is applied for uniform torque transmission in light to medium-duty industrial machinery.
