The width typically ranges from 20 to 120 millimeters, with a thickness between 3 and 7 millimeters. Dimensional tolerances are controlled at ±0.3 millimeters in width and ±0.15 millimeters in thickness. The PU coating thickness usually ranges from 100 to 200 microns, providing significant wear resistance and corrosion protection to the strip surface.

The manufacturing process of the PU coated welded flat bar includes resistance or laser welding of the steel sheet followed by polyurethane coating application through spraying or dipping methods. The surface hardness ranges from 140 to 200 Brinell, with cold bending capability and chemical resistance.
