The Megadyne ATL10 PU timing belt is manufactured from high-strength polyurethane and can withstand tensile stress up to 120 N/mm of width. Its teeth are molded with ±0.05 mm precision and transmit torque up to 150 Nm. The belt surface is resistant to oil and temperatures up to 90°C, while flexibility is maintained between -20°C and 80°C.

Internally, the belt contains steel cords coated with polyamide to optimize longitudinal tension and prevent elongation under heavy loads. Belt thickness is 10 mm and width is 25 mm. High wear resistance of the teeth extends service life over 15,000 hours under standard industrial conditions.
