The HSCO BS2010 deburring blade is manufactured from cobalt alloyed high speed steel with an approximate cobalt content of 5 to 8 percent. This alloy composition provides stable hardness in the range of 64 to 67 HRC. The blade cutting geometry is designed with a nominal angle of about 60 degrees. This angle enables uniform deburring of both internal and external edges. The effective blade length is approximately 43 millimeters, with a thickness close to 3.1 millimeters. These dimensions provide suitable bending strength. The blade is suitable for alloy steel, stainless steel, and heat resistant alloys. Edge grinding accuracy is controlled below 0.009 millimeters.
Structurally, the HSCO BS2010 deburring blade features a reinforced cutting edge with a chipping resistant design. This design increases tool life under demanding working conditions. Multi stage vacuum heat treatment is applied. This process ensures microstructural stability. The blade surface has a precision finish with an average roughness of Ra 0.36 microns. This finish reduces friction and chip adhesion. The blade is manufactured in accordance with the BS2010 dimensional standard and is compatible with industrial deburring handles. Thermal resistance is maintained up to approximately 650 degrees Celsius.
