HSCO BS1018 Deburring Blade

The HSCO BS1018 deburring blade is manufactured from cobalt alloyed high speed steel, typically containing 5 to 8 percent cobalt. This alloy composition provides stable hardness in the range of 64 to 67 HRC. The engineered cutting angle is approximately 60 degrees, making it suitable for precise deburring of hard edges. The effective blade length is about 45 millimeters, with a thickness close to 3 millimeters. These dimensions ensure high mechanical stability. The blade is suitable for alloy steels, stainless steel, and heat resistant alloys. Edge grinding tolerance is controlled below 0.008 millimeters.
