The desired tensile strength in this type of steel strand is 1860 N/mm2 equivalent to 270 K.
Concrete strand is usually made in the form of 6 strands of wire that are spun around a core wire with a 1x7 structure. Of course, in some cases it is also produced and consumed as 1x3.
