The Araz Sanat B82s steel hot water boiler, with a thermal capacity of 820,000 kcal/h, is designed for residential, commercial, and industrial central heating systems. This three-pass, reverse-flame design provides over 90 percent thermal efficiency. The boiler body is made of 8–12 mm thick ST37 alloy steel, offering high resistance to heat and pressure. The internal furnace, built from fire-tube steel with a cylindrical full-penetration welded structure, ensures uniform heat transfer and stable performance. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and the hydrostatic test pressure reaches 9 bar for operational safety.
The B82s model is compatible with gas, diesel, and dual-fuel burners, making it suitable for central boiler rooms. Thermal insulation consists of 50 mm thick compressed rock wool to minimize heat loss. The front and rear doors are hinged for easy maintenance and inspection access. Overall dimensions are 2250×1250×1450 millimeters, with an approximate weight of 940 kilograms. The high-temperature resistant coating, precision engineering, and robust construction guarantee long service life and reliable operation under continuous load conditions.
