The Araz Sanat B120s steel hot water boiler, with a heating capacity of 1,200,000 kcal/h, is designed for large residential complexes, hospitals, hotels, and industrial facilities. This three-pass reverse-flame boiler provides more than 90 percent thermal efficiency. The body is made of 8–14 mm thick ST37 alloy steel, ensuring high resistance to heat and pressure. The cylindrical internal furnace, made from fire-tube steel with full-penetration welding, delivers uniform and efficient heat transfer. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and the hydrostatic test pressure reaches 9 bar, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation.
The B120s model supports gas, diesel, and dual-fuel burners, making it ideal for central boiler rooms. Thermal insulation consists of 50 mm thick compressed rock wool to reduce heat loss. The front and rear doors are hinged for easy access and maintenance. Overall dimensions are 2550×1400×1600 millimeters, with an approximate weight of 1150 kilograms. The high-temperature resistant coating, precise engineering, and standard fittings ensure long service life, energy efficiency, and stable operation under continuous use.
