The Khazar Boiler KMWB-82 steel hot water boiler, with a thermal capacity of approximately 820,000 kcal/h, is designed for large buildings, residential complexes, and industrial heating systems. It features a three-pass, reverse-flame combustion chamber, delivering over 90 percent thermal efficiency. The body is constructed from 8–12 mm thick ST37 alloy steel, ensuring durability under high temperature and pressure. The furnace is made of fire-tube steel with a reverse flame design for uniform heat distribution. The boiler operates at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and a hydrostatic test pressure of 9 bar.
The KMWB-82 model supports gas, diesel, and dual-fuel burners, making it suitable for central heating installations. Its front and rear doors are removable for easy maintenance and inspection. The thermal insulation consists of 50 mm thick compressed rock wool, preventing heat loss and improving efficiency. Overall dimensions are 2300×1300×1500 millimeters, with an approximate weight of 980 kilograms. The high-temperature resistant coating and robust design ensure reliable and long-term operation under continuous load conditions.
