The Araz Sanat B102s steel hot water boiler, with a heating capacity of 1,020,000 kcal/h, is designed for large residential, commercial, and industrial heating systems. This three-pass, reverse-flame design achieves over 90 percent thermal efficiency. The body is made of 8–14 mm thick ST37 alloy steel, providing excellent mechanical strength under high pressure and temperature. The inner furnace is constructed from fire-tube steel using full-penetration welding for uniform heat transfer. The boiler’s maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and its hydrostatic test pressure reaches 9 bar, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The B102s model supports gas, diesel, and dual-fuel burners, making it suitable for central boiler rooms. Thermal insulation consists of 50 mm thick compressed rock wool to minimize heat loss. The front and rear doors are hinged for convenient maintenance and inspection. Overall dimensions are 2400×1350×1550 millimeters, with an approximate weight of 1050 kilograms. The high-temperature resistant coating and precision engineering ensure long service life, high efficiency, and stable performance during continuous operation.
