Vortex hydraulic clamp

The Vertex hydraulic vise is designed with a jaw opening ranging from 160 to 300 mm and a jaw width of 150 mm, making it suitable for medium to large workpieces. The hydraulic system provides a clamping force of up to 25 kN, and the jaws are made from hardened alloy steel with a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. The movable jaw travel is adjustable between 0 to 300 mm, and the repeatability accuracy is approximately ±0.01 mm. The vise body is made from EN-GJS-500-7 ductile cast iron, offering excellent mechanical strength and thermal resistance. It is compatible with CNC machines, milling tables, and other machining setups.

The overall dimensions of the Vertex vise are approximately 450×210×140 mm, and the weight ranges from 20 to 24 kg, ensuring high stability and strength. The unit includes a hydraulic mechanism with a pressure adjustment valve, allowing for precise clamping force control. A quick-locking system is activated via a lever handle or foot pedal. The internal O-rings are made of NBR, providing resistance to heat and oil. This model is ideal for heavy-duty machining tasks and offers long-term durability in demanding industrial conditions.
