Vortex hydraulic clamp

The Vertex hydraulic vise is designed with advanced industrial engineering and precise dimensions for heavy-duty metal machining applications. The jaw opening varies between 160 to 200 mm depending on the model, with jaw widths ranging from 150 to 175 mm. The hydraulic clamping force can reach up to 30 kN, making it ideal for secure positioning of workpieces on CNC and milling machines. The body is made from EN-GJS-500-7 or EN-GJS-600-3 grade ductile cast iron, providing resistance to high mechanical loads and operating temperatures up to 300°C. The jaws are manufactured from hardened alloy steel with a surface hardness rating of HRC 58 to 62, ensuring high resistance to wear and corrosion.

The overall dimensions of the Vertex vise series range between 450 to 500 mm in length, 210 to 220 mm in width, and approximately 140 to 150 mm in height. The unit weight varies from 22 to 27 kg, offering excellent stability during machining operations. The quick-locking mechanism is activated via lever or foot pedal, reducing setup time between workpieces. Internal pressure adjustment is managed through a control valve, allowing variable force based on the application. Seals and O-rings are made from NBR, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 100°C and highly resistant to industrial oils.
