The YILMAZ crankshaft side-shaft gearbox series K is a compact, high-efficiency power transmission system designed for medium to heavy industrial applications. Its housing is made from impact-resistant ductile iron and is available in sizes 50 to 150. Gear ratios range from 6 to 80, with mechanical efficiency reaching up to 92 percent. Crank and helical gears are manufactured from hardened alloy steel, ensuring smooth and quiet torque transmission. Natural cooling through the finned housing maintains stable performance under high temperatures and prolonged loads.

The YILMAZ series K gearbox can deliver up to 2500 Nm of output torque and supports input power from 0.09 to 15 kW. The output shaft is available in solid or hollow versions to enhance installation flexibility. The IEC-standard motor flange allows direct coupling with three-phase electric motors. Continuous lubrication with ISO VG 220 or 320 industrial oil reduces wear and extends gear life. Precise assembly tolerances and robust bearings minimize vibration and backlash. Manufactured according to CE and ISO 9001 standards, this gearbox is widely used in conveyors, pumps, mixers, and material handling equipment.
