YILMAZ H series heavy-duty gearbox

The YILMAZ H series heavy-duty gearbox features a robust design with helical and bevel gears, achieving power transmission efficiency up to 95%. Its gear ratio ranges from 4:1 to 60:1, providing output torque between 800 and 20000 Nm. The input and output shafts are designed for very high axial and radial loads, supporting input speeds up to 1800 rpm. The housing is made of thick cast iron, capable of withstanding harsh environments and operating temperatures up to 95°C.

The internal lubrication system uses ISO VG 320 industrial oil to maintain a stable operating temperature. Gears are manufactured to ISO 6-7 precision, minimizing vibration and noise. Flexible installation with heavy-duty bases and multiple output shafts makes this gearbox ideal for steel, cement, mining industries, and heavy machinery applications.
