The IMAK IR series direct shaft gearbox features a helical design with a monolithic housing, ideal for industrial applications requiring high torque in limited spaces. These gearboxes are available in single-stage and two-stage configurations and can handle torques up to 18,000 Nm. Input shaft diameters range from 20 mm IR42-43 models to 120 mm IR152-154 models. The input speed varies from 2.4 RPM to 852 RPM. They are compatible with motors rated from 0.12 kW to 160 kW and are designed for versatile installation positions.

The IR gearbox housing is made from GG20 cast iron or aluminum with corrosion-resistant coating. Helical gears are manufactured from 16MnCr5 alloy steel, hardened to 57 HRC, and precisely ground for optimal performance and long service life. Multi-layer sealing and high-quality industrial bearings prevent oil leakage and allow easy maintenance. These gearboxes can withstand radial and axial loads, making them suitable for production lines, conveyor systems, and material processing machinery.
