Carbon steel elevator chain
Steel elevator chains are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel grade 80T or 100T 800-1000 N/mm² tensile strength. Standard bar diameters range from 7 to 32 mm with a pitch length of 5 times the bar diameter. Minimum breaking force varies from 65 to 1800 kN depending on chain size. Working Load Limit is calculated with a safety factor of 7:1 for critical lifting applications. These chains undergo controlled quench and temper heat treatment to enhance fatigue resistance. Ultrasonic non-destructive testing is performed along the entire chain length to detect internal defects.
The chain structure features resistance welded links with full circumferential flash butt welding. Links are designed in an elongated oval shape with a 90-degree internal attachment angle for axial load bearing. Post-heat treatment surface hardness is maintained between 34 to 40 HRC Rockwell C. Surface coating is applied via hot-dip galvanizing 75-100 microns or electroless nickel plating. Suitable operating temperatures range from –30°C to +200°C without significant mechanical degradation. Production complies with international standards ISO 4347 Class T and DIN 764 for elevator and industrial hoist applications.

Industrial Elevator Chain
The elevator chain is a critical component of bulk material vertical conveying systems used in mining and agricultural industries. It is designed for continuous vertical load transportation. The material is typically carbon steel or hardened alloy steel. Chain pitch generally ranges from 100 to 315 millimeters depending on elevator capacity. Ultimate tensile strength usually falls between 400 and 900 megapascals. The chain is capable of handling uniform and impact loads. It is engineered for continuous and long term operation. Dimensional accuracy is essential to prevent misalignment and jamming.
Structurally, the elevator chain consists of reinforced links or pin connected plates. Links are joined using hardened steel pins. Buckets can be bolted directly onto the chain structure. This chain is suitable for dusty environments and harsh operating conditions. High resistance to wear and mechanical fatigue extends system service life. Proper lubrication reduces operational wear. Tight tolerances ensure smooth elevator movement. Each chain undergoes tensile testing and functional inspection.

Elevator Chain
An elevator chain is a type of industrial chain designed for use in vertical material handling systems, especially in automation and machinery such as elevators, hoists, and bucket elevators. These chains are typically made from high-strength alloy steel to withstand heavy loads and high stress. Elevator chains usually feature robust and durable links specifically designed for precise material transfer in production lines, warehouses, and mining industries. The diameter of these chains typically ranges from 6 to 20 mm, with load capacities varying from 200 kg to over 10 tons.
These chains are often coated with anti-rust or galvanized finishes to enhance their resistance to moisture and corrosion in industrial environments. The design of the links and connections allows for uniform and precise material transfer, preventing slippage and damage to the materials. Elevator chains are widely used in industries such as cement, food, chemicals, and mining, and are employed for transferring various materials like grains, powders, granules, and bulk materials.

Elevator chain
The long-grain elevator chain is a critical industrial component for transporting grains and bulk materials in vertical elevators and conveyor systems. It is made of alloy or carbon steel with tensile strength ranging from 500 to 700 MPa. Each link measures 40 to 80 millimeters in length, with connecting rod diameters of 8 to 20 millimeters. The design of links and connecting rods ensures uniform stress distribution along the chain, enhancing fatigue and wear resistance. Galvanized or industrial paint coatings extend service life in humid or abrasive environments.
Structurally, the long-grain elevator chain features elongated links for easy attachment to elevator buckets and shoes. Heat treatment and cold rolling increase surface hardness and fatigue resistance. Standard chain lengths are customizable according to elevator height and capacity. The engineered link and connection design ensures stable performance in operating temperatures from −20°C to +120°C. It is widely used in food, agriculture, animal feed, and grain processing plants.

Elevator chain
Elevator chains have anti-wear properties and their main application is in cement, plaster, asphalt and mining industries and factories.
Resistance to tension and abrasion is one of the essential things that elevator chains should have.
Elevator chains must have heat treatment.
The structure of these chains is often according to DIN 22252, DIN 764, and DIN 766 standards.
Another type of these chains are elevator chains with bowl, whose job is to move and transfer the desired product, in such a way that the bowls are in order and the chain moves.

Elevator chain
Elevator chains are used in industries in two different ways. The industrial type of elevator chain is similar to the chains connecting the motor or two-wheeled gears. Another type of elevator chains are physically very similar to load-carrying steel chains, with the difference that their grains are slightly longer. In fact, in industries, to transfer materials at different heights in factories, they use a tool called an elevator, which acts like a winch, but the elevator chain is placed on it as a closed ring.
